This page explains how to remove Core Registration’s access to your Facebook or Instagram information and how to ask us to delete information we hold. It applies to the Facebook and Instagram connection described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
Core Registration receives Facebook or Instagram information only when an organization (such as a camp) connects its own Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account. We use it only to show that organization its own posts, ads and results. We do not receive information from personal Facebook profiles beyond what is needed to sign in and connect the organization’s accounts.
You can remove our access at any time from Facebook:
Once removed, Core Registration can no longer read or publish anything through that connection. An organization’s administrators can also ask us to disconnect its accounts.
To have us delete the Facebook or Instagram information we hold, email privacy@coreregistration.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address you use with Core Registration, and tell us which organization or account it concerns. We will delete the information, including stored access tokens and any copied posts or results, and confirm by email once it is done.
Registration details that an organization keeps in Core Registration about you or your child are controlled by that organization. To access or delete them, please contact the organization you registered with first; we will support their request. You can also write to us at privacy@coreregistration.com.
