Registration lived in one system, payments in another, health forms somewhere else — and the people running the operation spent their days moving the same information between them.
Running several systems has its benefits, but together they created a lot of undue stress and slowed everything down. It hit hardest at smaller camps, the ones without a full administrative staff just to keep up with the daily processing.
So we set out to build one system instead. Core Registration was envisioned, and then built, with feedback from some of the largest camps in the industry and from nonprofits. Their input formed the foundation: software that is user friendly, feature rich yet easy to use, and customizable, so that every organization can make it their own.

Graham has been a camp director in Tennessee for 25 years and is still a director and partner at Victory Ranch in Bolivar, Tennessee. After running camps on several different software systems, Graham was fed up with the status quo of what was available — and brought the idea for Core Registration to life.
Gray has spent about ten years building software and putting it to work in operations: consolidating systems where it helps, cutting out inefficiency, and bringing better reporting, better analytics and easier, friendlier tools. Self-taught, Gray came to code from operations, has worked on projects for the federal government and on manufacturing software, and leads the engineering behind Core.
Phil has been in the software industry for more than 30 years, has brought multiple platforms to scale and has run very large companies nationwide. Phil is involved with several companies today and brings that experience of growing a platform to Core.
